I think I might see why. As you know, the Factorio engine code that processes this changelog, is extremely picky with formatting, it must be absolutely mint. With that being said, I see some potential issues in your latest entry, the last two lines have a strange tab character before them instead of just the two dots with a vertical line separator visualizing the tabs. What I would do is simply go to the last two lines just before the " - ", hit backspace all the way for each line, then hit tab twice for each line so its in line with the "Added Uranium Support".
I could be wrong, but that's the only thing I see that may be being misinterpreted by Factorio.
