No idea what causes this, but just about everything is misaligned like this to a degree.
If your GUI scale is too large, it can cause GUI element clipping. I’m thinking about including a way to dynamically resize the ACT window based on the surrounding GUI elements. I have no idea if that’s possible, though.
my scale is set to the default if that helps. I've never messed with it.
