The idea of requiring more packs is actually really good.
If I steal this idea for my mod I would probably only add golden science and space science.
I understand that this is not the task of this mod, but you can make it even more interesting.
Break infinite technologies into more steps and add a science pack to each step. The "Mining productivity" technology in K2 works in a similar way.
Let's say you can make the first three levels like in vanilla, levels 3-5 with the addition of yellow science, 6-8 with the addition of space science, and so on. And from level 16, these technologies will require all 12 types of science packs. This way, the latest pack will have an additional meaning, and interplanetary logistics will be more active.
