How do I change the language in the game? For some reason, French was initially enabled and I can't change it

How do I change the language in the game? For some reason, French was initially enabled and I can't change it

The language is selected on the initial screen on the bottom right, or in “settings” - “interface”.
This language will be common for the game and mods (if the mods have translation).
You need to restart the game to apply the selected language.
If the language is not changed, check the access rights to the Factorio configuration file.
