g Separate Train Requests per Force

If running a server with different forces either competitive or neutral, it would be more idealistic if the menus and alerts were relevant to each force. Right now, it is rather easy to either purposefully or accidentally mess with another train system that isn't even belonging to your 'team'.

Looking into it with a brief glance, my supposition is that you use the surface as a key for the requests, which is really helpful, but this also means you could likely patch the key with the player force included :) (likely not a trivial change still, but something that would be immensely helpful)
