Get a wire and start hanging it. Then press Q. SSP complains about not being able to clear the cursor. It also actually does clear the cursor, meaning that instead of just canceling wire hanging, it completely removes the wire from the cursor.
IMO the chat message could be removed entirely without any disadvantage.
