I am currently doing an island playthrough, and I am trying to use as little landfill as possible. I was wondering if you could add an option to disable landfill usage. Other than that, this is a great utility.

Do you mean as a toggle to completely skip the landfill step so you place it manually where needed?

A workaround you can do is create a deconstruction planner and filter it on tile ghosts. Use this mod, then run the planner. I don't know if it will also delete the entity ghost, but that is an easy enough second step after all the others are placed.
