Looks like a fix is needed.

Can confirm; after upgrading to factorio 0.17.53 an error occurs:

Failed to load mods: Error while running setup for entity prototype "express-underground-belt" (underground-belt): next_upgrade target (turbo-underground-belt) must have the same bounding box.

I have the same exact error as well when downloaded together with the SeaBlock pack. This is the only mod that is not working in the modpack.

They poked me about it on discord. I've just released the fix.
