I'm trying to make a island modpack and don't want the player and his/her base to be fully safe once they cleared out that specifc island. It would be neat either as an option to this mod or a separate mod (maybe there is one like it already although can't find it) that would have a chance (configurable, but quite low by default) of spawning biter nest(s) inside cleared areas nowhere near other nests.

Yea I've seen streamers play with the type of thing you're talking about. They have private scripts/mods for the type of thing. I don't plan on doing anything like it and it would be a separate mod if I did.
