I used to love the mod, because the zero is awesome for stuff like wires and gears, but I dislike the higher-tier machines - they just feel unbalanced with letting you craft advanced stuff in a 1x1 machine.

Thus, I'd suggest adding configuration options to either disable specific machines, or just disable machines beyond the Assembling Machine Zero.

I'll have a look into it but won't be back home the next week, gonna have a look at how others are incorporating their configs, I was also considering making the costs a little higher, currently they have the tech cost for one tech level above their big pendants.
Pollution, crafting speed probably need to be adjusted as well since it seems some of them got a bit slower over time.

There is however only one other 1x1 for 2 part recipes, the 2x2 is for 3 parts and they have considerably lower module slots.
