The mod does not load if some tiles are removed during game start (I mean not saves, but the game loading).
I get this with alien biomes and more mods, that adds new tiles.
If you have tiles overflow (more than 255?) the "alien biomes" mod could remove some tiles on some of game loading steps.
And it breaks tile-upgrade-planner mod to load with the game.
Solution: re-check tiles existence on the each game loading stage, or/and if you have dependency on the "alien biomes" - review this connection: what biomes added to the game.
