Mods for disabling:
sheaper roll and concrete (1 70)

Here's what happened in my case: Downloaded the mod, everything worked fine. At some point, however, it stopped working after downloading some different mods. Got the same error message. Played around for a bit and realized there was some confliction with another mod. In my case it was AAI Industry. After removing it it worked again.
