Fixed! There was a problem where this mod detected the presence of Bob's electronics by checking for rubber out of all things. Apparently there was rubber, so it thought Bob's electronics was installed replacing the circuit boards in the recipe with one that doesn't exist when using just Angel's mods. Instead of using a weird rubber check, I just check whether Bob's electronics is installed. This mod detection feature probably did not exist yet before I started maintaining this mod, so they had to use a weird hack.
