When you resize the Filtration Unit you remove 2 of the 4 fluid in/out's. Unfortunately, that makes recipes that require multiple inputs or outputs to just NOT want to be visible in that machine. You may want to return it to having two inputs and two outputs again.

It should be fixed now, with version 0.0.3 or newer. Unfortunately existing filtration units have to be reconnected as the position of the pipes was changed.
