Fill4Me

Fill4Me will automatically insert fuel and/or ammunition from your main inventory into entities when you place them. It is mod-agnostic and will learn about items & entities in other mods. It is an alternative to the Autofill mod.

The only spot a mod should need to worry about regarding Fill4Me is if it actively deletes an entity when placed, and places something new down instead. As long as it generates an script_raised_built event with the information in the same format as the on_entity_built event, Fill4Me should work with it.

That said, I do currently have a bug regarding Fill4Me correctly detecting updated data when mods change.

it was kind of wierd. when i deleted whole mod folder and sync mods with save problem fixed itself, or it was Your update.
