It does not, but it should be easy enough to edit in the modded items you want. The all_items.lua file contains the alphabetized list of items to choose from. Feel free to add in whatever items you want.
The all_items list does contain the fluids, but the mod did not detect modded fluids properly. I believe that I have fixed this. Any modded fluid that is of type = "fluid" should work properly now.
