For all the people who hate solar panels and want to be able to play with nuclear power in the early game. Works with Nuclear Fuel mod to also have the fun bits of that mod early game too. Does not affect nukes or nuclear fuel yet. Works with Freight Forwarding currently, will eventually work with other overhaul mods like Seablock.
