Adds enhanced power items: 2x2 Large Substation and Huge Electric Pole with 64-tile reach, 9x9 Large Solar Farm (3600kW) and 4x4 Large Accumulator (300MJ). Pole ranges are not affected by quality. Optional setting enhances vanilla roboport range.
Adds an electric quality assembler that upgrades items to the next quality tier. Quality modules are consumed as catalyst materials (4 item + 4 QM3 -> 1 next-tier item). Uses vanilla assembling machine 3 graphics for now.
