Need quarry mod. Hijacks the worldgen to spawn only water and a small island at coordinates (0, 0). Code taken from a reddit post and uploaded.
it might be good idea to at the very minimum have a picture of the island.

You spawn on a 70x70 island (i know weird dimensions) and work your way out from there using landfills
