I cant get the button for this mod to show up when I added it to my current heavily modded save file, but newly created ones with the same mods do show it. The "Toggle upgrade planner frame" keybind works while the "Show/hide upgrade planner button" keybind doesn't do anything. Is there some sort of console command I can run to force it to show up/reload?

I had the same issue. After opening the save as a multi-player game, saving it again and using the newly saved game in single-player again solved the issue.
