They are all dynamically generated recipes based on the speed of the belt and speed of the underground. SE underground it must not find an exact match, so it falls back to blue belt. Think there is a config option to turn of recipe changes, so you can set it to not try to add more belts to underground recipes.
I don't really play anymore and was not the original author of this mod, so feel free to fork and pick it up for all the mods you want to support.
