Awesome mod.
But if possible, please add and option to configure the scan range and power factor.
I want a very small nearby vision radius, but with an even higher scan radius and power consumption than current version.

Good idea, I will work on an update for this!

Side thought: One mod I have in the back of my head related to your suggestion is https://mods.factorio.com/mod/ScanningRadar . It adds a radar that you can feed circuit signals into to change its behavior, pretty cool if you want a really really crazy radar.

These settings are now in the latest release.

I added a setting for the scan radius which is pretty self explanatory.

I also added a setting for the power consumption. The energy cost of a sector scan is still the same/constant in the mod, so increasing the power consumption lets the radar be able to scan more sectors in the same amount of time.
