Currently running 0.17.79.
When you permute something that uses the H2O mod's water/steam combo, it does not retain the temperature requirement introduced by that mod. For example, non-permuted coal liquifaction requires >= 100C H2O as input. If you permute it, it requires exactly 100C. The requirement of greather-than equal is replaced by a straight equals.
