Automatically marks loot for deconstruction. Usefull for other mods that add loot when aliens die like bob's mods.
Providing the player with new tools or adjusting the game interface, without fundamentally changing gameplay.
I think it can be fixed by adding a function that scans the map (for example every 30 minutes) and marks the artifacts to deconstruct again. It may be better if the scan was been very "wooden pc" friendly :)
