The number of stuff corresponds to the belt speed. In theory, they all have to start working at the same time, and finish the same way. But almost everything except the yellow conveyors does not work for the maximum pass (the blue, too, sometimes behave strangely).

1) All Bob's.
2) Miniloader
3) Single Splitter

You could try to make splitter work faster by modifying the control.lua line 112. If you set here a value smaller than 3 the splitters will check more often for items to transfer. But keep in mind that this will most likely affect UPS.

Agreed, can't even keep up with a red belt. Putting value 2 makes no difference as expected, putting value 1 makes all game stutter...You need to find out a different approach like hacked splitters do.
