Providing the player with new tools or adjusting the game interface, without fundamentally changing gameplay.
I tried the game with just the !AAI Mods and Fogged Research activated. All the !AAI Mods techs are showing. When I had it just as Fogged Research, it worked correctly with the vanilla tech tree.
