The icon for rocket tech cards for delivery cannon is the flask not the card icon
I have noticed the same thing, I haven't taken the time to look too far into it yet, as the recipes are auto-generated by the space exploration mod, and I'd need to dig into the code to figure out where it gets the icons from.
