A fork of Adiking03's (foekat?) More Locomotives, increases trains' maximum speed and acceleration power, but increases their cost. Also adds Russian localization.

I recommend using it together with this mod: Train Wagon Max Speed Changer(https://mods.factorio.com/mod/Train-Wagon-Max-Speed), because vanilla wagons have a speed limit of 324km/h

HOTFIX 0.1.5: increased braking force, because high speed is no joke
