I don't know if this behavior is intended but the loader can't fill an express belt. There are lot of gaps:

I don't have this with the Loader Redux mod (in the picture the outer ones) With a splitter and a second loader I could fix it but it feels not right (lane in the middle).

Is this intended or a bug? I play 0.17.11

Please fix the insertion speed of the express loader. That thing is definitely not at 45/s. (Extraction speed is correct at 45/s)

It's able to unload from a chest at full rate, but it's not able to insert into one at full rate (note one side finishes faster).

Note that the lower tier (purple, 60 items/s) seems to be fine.

Miniloaders are based on inserters, and inserters cannot pull from a belt faster than 60 items/s.

And what's about 45/s? With the newest update the problem is even worse. The gaps on the belts are huge!

Inserter behavior seems quite unpredictable when the arm speed is just enough to keep up with a belt. I've had cases where mining and re-building the same miniloader in the same place with the same surrounding setup will sometimes keep up, and sometimes will not. I'll increase swing speed again.

For testing, I installed Bos's Logistics. His belts run slightly faster (50/s) and your Miniloder can keep up with this speed (no gaps). I don't know why. https://imgur.com/ZhXNqgJ

To fix this in my world I installed the mod Ultimate Belts and I started to use the second tier (the green one) n the input site. https://imgur.com/a/nHY1Bxw

Replacing the loader over and over again did not help. Unfortunately.

Inserters can be really weird. I also saw that there are times where (with the same settings) they can sometimes keep up with a faster belt when they can't keep up with a slower belt. It has to do with the 2 inserters in a miniloader getting synced up so that they're both swinging over to the drop target (chest/container) at the same time, leaving no inserter ready to pick up items from the belt.

Inserters with stack bonus cannot pick up more than one kind of item at the same time, so when you alternate 4 different item types using splitters like this, you make the inserters have to swing 4 times as often.

I have the ultimate belts mod, wich in thory has miniloaders to match their speed, but same thing happens, there are lots of gaps
