Everytime we end in the middle of sea, with unreachable resources, and unable to walk away.
Maybe the spawn system should check if it is in the middle of the sea and avoid to spawn there?
I don't really consider this a bug since you can research landfill to escape. However, yes, I could try to add an option that looks for land spawns. It will depend on your map generation settings too, the more water on the map, the harder it will be too find a spawn of course.
