i Set ingredient limit by number of belts

Currently, it's possible to set a limit on the number of machines used in a specific recipe, which is very convenient. The same is possible in limiting the amount of ingredient going into a recipe. However, you can currently only do this by specifying the specific amount per minute of ingredient. It would be convenient to have the option to give the amount in belts, just like how you can when specifying the amount of product.
