b Minor: copy-pasting while in editor crashes if outside the factory[Fixed]

Combination of things:
1) have to be in /editor
2) have to be outside mobile factory surface
3) have to be passing time (game pauses by default when editor is enabled)
4) have to copy and paste entity

Error caused by instant-building: assuming an entity is a ghost when a blueprint was in the cursor stack (accessing ghost_name will cause an error). The name string could be checked if it ends in "-ghost" using if string.match() then instead to avoid entity-ghosts and tile-ghosts or whatever. Anyone using editor or instant-build mods has a chance to be hit by this.
